The Subaru Vancouver Triathlon will take place in the magnificent setting of the Spanish Banks Beaches with stunning views of the downtown Vancouver skyline and the picturesque North Shore Mountains. This event will be the most beautiful urban triathlon you will ever experience! An Olympic distance race was added last year by popular demand, and was incredibly successful! The race's rapid rise in popularity has been in large part due to the fact that it is one of the few triathlons in the world that will take place in a major city yet has stunning natural beauty. The race has been named "Top 10 Urban Triathlons on the Planet" by Triathlete Magazine and has been seen by millions of Canadians on a Rogers Sportsnet 60 minute national TV show. The race attracts first timers in the sprint, to celebrities, to Half Iron competitors preparing for Ironman Canada. Join us in the beautiful Olympic City!
