Swim 1.9KM, (2 laps)
Bike 86KM, (4.3 laps)
Run 21KM, (2 laps)
Olympic
Swim 1.5KM, (2 laps)
Bike 46KM, (2.3 laps)

Sprint
Swim 500M, (1 lap)
Bike 26KM, (1.3 laps)
Run 5KM, (1 lap)
Relay
Relay teams are available in all three distances.
(Half IM, Olympic & Sprint)
Aqua Sphere Swim Course
- Each race will start with a single wave in waist deep water.
- You will be supplied with a swim cap that must be worn during the swim.
- All Half IM participants must finish the swim before the cut-off time of 1:15 in the water
- All Olympic participants must finish the swim before the cut-off time of 1:00 in the water
- All sprint participants must finish the swim before the cut-off time of 15 minutes in the water
Bike Course
- It is your responsibility to count your laps on the bike course.
- 1 aid stations per lap is available with water, Gatorade and Power Gels.
- All participants must finish the bike before the cut-off of 12:30PM.
Run Course
- The Half IM run is 2 laps of an out-and-back course.
- The Olympic & Sprint run is 1 shorter lap of the out-and-back course.
- Aid stations are available with water, Gatorade and Power Gels, 6 stations per lap for the Half IM & Olympic, and 2 for the Sprint.
- All participants must finish the run before the cut-off of 3:30PM.
Mandatory Bike Drop, Meeting
& Package Pick-Up on Saturday
All bikes must be dropped off on Saturday afternoon and secured overnight at Young Lake at Camp Barnard.
- The bikes will be kept protected overnight by security.
- Your registration and race package kits including you race garment will be given to you at this time.
- All members of Triathlon British Columbia must present their membership card.
- Everyone must also sign a waiver.
- Everyone must attend this important meeting on Saturday afternoon at
John Phillips Memorial Park for some last minute details and race information.
- Your timing chips will be handed out on Sunday morning.

Sanctioning
This event will be sanctioned by Triathlon British Columbia. Triathlon British Columbia rules will apply. Please review all the rules here.
Timing & Results
The event will use Chip Timing from Race Headquarters, live timing will be available from the results page. |
